If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our merchants, the order is not shipped then the order stands cancelled and the amount paid by the customer is refunded. In the event, if the order/product is delivered and the product is returned by the customer due to the product being faulty, the Delivery of the wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.

If you are not completely satisfied with the Live Secure Herbal Care products (Weight Management/Energy and Fitness/Core Products/Targeted Nutrition) you have received, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for an exchange. The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that Live Secure Herbal Care products (Weight Management/Energy and Fitness/Core Products/Targeted Nutrition) are not used (other than trials). Retain original tags and accessories.
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Live Secure Herbal Care.
